    Helping you return to sport and regain control of your health and fitness. Evaluation, assessment, and treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in an 1-1 environment for clients with both non-operative and post-operative orthopedic injuries

  • Custom Strength Plan

    For the athlete who already has a group they like to run with, or patient who no longer needs in-person PT but wants to maintain strength to reduce injury - this is your go-to.

    Strength training customized for you, based off of your injury history, training experience, goal race, access to equipment, and running plan. Applying strength training principles and focusing on progressive overload & periodization to increase strength and build resilience to take on the miles throughout your training

    Includes 2-3 quality lifts, prehab & stability sessions, and mobility & core sessions based on where in your training you are & your needs to give you all the tools you need for healthy, strong season

  • Gait & Movement Analysis

    80’ Session analyzing your gait and movement patterns both on a treadmill, at training, racing, and easy paces, and across the ground - with detailed focus to biomechanics, force production, and compensations during the phases of gait. Includes a detailed follow up of findings and appropriate recommendations & interventions to improve running economy, address abnormal compensations, and reduce risk of injury

  • In-Person Strength Training

    For some, strength is a new endeavor, for others, having the a coach helps push you where you need to go - whether it’s your first time lifting weights or you’re looking for the personalized touch to your lifting program, this will get you started, and building, appropriately.
